Ketvertas iš Didžiosios Britanijos „Glass Animals“ šiandien pristatė jau trečiąjį savo albumą „Dreamland“.
2014 m. pasirodęs debiutinis albumas „Zaba“ ir 2016 m. pasirodęs jo tęsinys „How to Be a Human Being“ daugiau tyrinėjo kitų gyvenimus. Trečiąjį albumą grupė nusprendė daryti daug biografiškesnį ir asmeniškesnį. Albumo pasirodymas buvo nukeltas net du kartus, taip pat grupės būgnininko trauma, karantinas… Visko nemažai ir visą tai gražiai apibendrino grupės lyderis socialiniuose tinkluose:
„Tomorrow, Dreamland arrives. I took this photo in my studio back in february at like 5am, after putting down the FINAL recording…and the album was DONE. So much has happened since then its almost unbelievable. You all have been amazing with your support and understanding…through having to cut last record’s touring short, allowing us to take our time with joe’s recovery, then moving this record back (twice), cancelling every show, and trying to bring the album back to life in a pandemic. It’s been quite the rollercoaster, and we wouldnt have made it to the end without you. Thank you all for being such a huge part of this release. i’ll have a bit of a cry in a few hours when its out…slightly nervous but excited for you to hear it. You’ll get to hear a lot of the things that are closest to me. Not just the songs and the words, but also the sounds of old home videos and my mum’s voice. By far and away the most personal, most difficult, but also the most fun and exciting record to have made with my friends so far. love forever,
